Matinee rates were great, initial service was great and acceptable. Food leaves MUCH to be desired. $10.95 for a precooked chicken breast on a 10 cent bun served with "handcut" fries which obviously came from a frozen bag.I get it, you serve food someone is bound to order it but don't insult your consumer by serving sub par menu offerings just because you can get away with it and charging a 50% markup. There's a reason the newer locations on the Peninsula are thriving and you are not.Go for the movies, skip the food.
I love this place! Our new regular spot. Jake (from StateFarm) is the best bartender in the place. The food is delicious and the service is pretty good. The seats are super comfy, you can order right from your seat, the theaters are huge. The only thing I don't like is that they are very pricey. Spent over $100 in one visit and we didn't even go to the bowling side, just the movies. But you do get good food and drinks.
Weve been twice. Once was Wednesday around 2. The second time was a Friday around 3/4 I think it was. Both times were great. The seats alone are worth the 5 stars! The food honestly isnt bad either. Its a very comfortable setting!
Reclining seats! Adult ambience! Great staff! And good food! What else ya need at a theater!?
We were there for a birthday party. When bowling, the pins kept randomly resetting or not resetting between turns. It didn't matter much for the little ones we had, but I can imagine older kids may have more of an issue with it. The table was set off away from the lanes, so there wasn't anywhere for parents to sit. The food for the kids came out right as the bowling ended and there was plenty of chicken and fries on each plate, so that was great. The servers bringing the food were not very helpful and the party server was just okay. The waitress helping the parents with food was more accommodating, but took a while to get parents their drinks. The extra food that was ordered took a while to come out, although it is a little understandable due to it being the same kitchen as the movie theater uses. However, being the only party and customers there at the time, I would think there would be better service. I was originally thinking of doing my own child's birthday there, but have decided not to due to today's experience and knowing how much the party costs.
